If a product isn't the right fit for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We genuinely want your senior dog to be comfortable.

• For hygiene, we ask that beds and worn items be reasonably clean.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Consumable wellness items (e.g., supplements) can be returned if unopened.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
